You’ve got a goal in mind? You’re curious? No matter what’s driving you, I’m offering a caring, mindful coaching, focused on progression.

Inclusive pole for all levels

Because every body can practice pole. What we need to discover is the way of moving that's right for you!

You might think that you have to be super athletic to pole. But it's precisely by doing it that you can improve. It's a bit like starting jogging; you don't have the stamina of a marathoner from the very first stride!

For me, pole is also a way of expressing my creativity and reconnecting with myself. I use meditation and a body-awareness approach, to guide my students and help them reclaim that connection.

My approach

I love working with other pole dancers to discover what makes them feel alive. To discover together how their body moves, what their flow is, what their movement is. And most of all, to find the path where fitness can humbly serve their artistic expression.

About me

Movement and art have always been part of my life. I was a gymnast for 9 years, I played rugby, I did swimming, snowboarding, diving, boxing, crossfit... Name it!

I’ve been living upside down for quite a while now. And my job as an actor has deeply affected the focus of my movement practice, placing the performance and artistic aspect of it at the forefront.

When pole made it's appearance into my life, it was unexpected and liberating. Very quickly, I wanted to find a way to share that with others.

I started teaching pole in 2020, and after a few years as a pole teacher, I got certified as a personal trainer. This new tool in my arsenal allowed me to better understand the science behind the practice, and to better guide my students towards their goals.

This blend of fitness, pole and performance definitely makes me a better teacher, who can highlight more brightly each student’s strengths and particularities.

Whenever I hear “I never thought I'd be able to do that”, I know that we’re in the right spot. Because that's what really makes my heart race: seeing my students challenge their limits!

WHY POLE?

When I discovered pole, I immediately felt at home. It brought a lot of clarity to my relationship with my body, my gender identity and my creativity. I discovered a place where I was free to explore all facets of my personality. A world where I was celebrated, entirely. A vast playground!
